In our home everything revolves around the kitchen table.
We offer the possibility of dinner and breakfast with fresh high-quality organic produce made from handcrafted and local ingredients. The cooking is simple just like Grandma's, following the fundamentals of traditional Catalan cuisine using locally grown and harvested and seasonal produce.
We start the day with a good breakfast, where juices, tea, coffee, fruit, bread, cakes and homemade jams are staples. And if you are partial to cheeses and charcuterie, we will offer you a selection of those typical of the area; these are our specialities, essential to start off the day on the right foot.
At lunchtime, we do not serve lunch but we can recommend excellent local restaurants or, if you are going hiking, we can pack a picnic for you with whatever you wish.
In the evening, we serve a wholesome dinner. We offer starters, accompanied by traditional regional dishes, and a delicious homemade dessert to end the meal. The menu varies according to the season so guests can enjoy produce from the vegetable garden, game, products such as wild mushrooms or organic meat from Vall Fosca. All washed down with a good wine from the region.
